Ultimate Banking is delighted to announce a new associate who has joined our Ultimate Training team - Alison Fielder.  Alison is a passionate Training Professional with a 25 year career within Retail Banking behind her and so knows the unique pressures and demands that are placed upon your staff and the skills they need to succeed.

Starting in front-line branch banking and ending in Head Office Senior Management, Alison has worked in a variety of Retail Bank areas, many of which have been within Recruitment, Training and Development.  As Regional Training Manager she was responsible for the induction and support to over 500 new recruits per year, including Managers, and has designed and set up new Learning Centres.

As well as spending over 25 years in Retail Banking roles, Alison is an accredited LMI Trainer – the foremost Leadership and Development provider in the UK – specialising in Business Performance Improvement through the development of your people.

Alison approaches her training with the belief that leadership is about how people think, act and behave and for your business to reach its full potential, leadership should exist and be practiced at every level  – not just by those with the job title.
