The Branch & Customer Services Team lead, experienced in managing customer facing banking/financial services teams will champion the organisation’s values and commitment to staff and customers ensuring that service of a high standard is delivered through a motivated and well trained team. 

You will work closely with the Head of Customer Operations to ensure that the branch and customer services operations are run effectively, excellent customer services is delivered, branch & customer services issues identified and addresses while motivating the team by providing the necessary coaching, direction and support. 


Skills & Experiences required:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a branch/customer services team lead position in a financial services firm
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal skills
  • Computer and numeracy skills
  • People orientation with a motivation to go above and beyond for customers
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team
  • Self-motivated with high levels of drive and energy
  • Excellent organization and strong coaching skills
