Our Client, a growing mortgage lender is based in Milton Keynes and Solihull and seeks a professional BA from the mortgage sector to work out of either location. The main purpose of the role is to own the management and functionality of the third-party mortgage origination platform which is Finova (previously DPR) and analysing business process, identifying and delivering areas for improvement and documenting the business processes. The role requires previous experience on this system.
Key responsibilities include:  
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. 
•    Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure timely delivery of projects. 
•    Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements, discuss solutions, and provide updates. 
•    Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements and new technologies. 
•    Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and are fit for purpose. 
•    Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems. 
•    Maintain product catalogue and rules engine, updating as appropriate. 
•    Manage the ticket process with software provider to ensure issues raised are actioned quickly and efficiently. 
•    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for continuous improvement.  
Requirements of the Business Analyst 
•    Experience with Finova / Apprivo2 software -essential 
•    Proven experience as a Business Analyst within mortgage lending 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. 
•    Experience in a specialist Buy to Let & Residential lending
