As the Business Change Manager you will lead the Business Change Team  and will be accountable for the full lifecycle of Society initiatives, from inception right through to successful delivery and embedment into business as usual.  If all the above makes you think we could be your great employer, all you need to apply is to be:

  • Experience of leading and coaching a Business Change function
  • Proven experience of managing change through the entirety of a programme or project lifecycle, working across a wide and diverse range of projects and programmes
  • In depth knowledge of Business Analysis, Project Management and Change Management methodologies, with evidence of having applied them successfully

 

The job itself is working as part of a tight knit team of 4 supporting, managing 2 Project Managers and 2 Analysts. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Accountable for the provision of holistic, high-quality and customer-centric Business Change services to the Society
  • Lead, coach, develop and empower direct reports
  • Understand and adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance, to mitigate risk to the business
  • Manage agreed budgets and authorities
