Our financial services client (head office based in Buckinghamshire) is focused on providing value to customers through competitive products.  They source the full range of products via nationwide broker networks and are a highly progressive organisation whilst maintaining traditional ties with the local community.

They are seeking a business development professional to join their Mortgage Sales Team as a Business Development Manager to cover the South region (to include areas such as Essex, Kent, Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire etc) and will play a vital role in helping our client achieve its common sales target for mortgage applications from intermediaries.

As their Business Development Manager, you will build long term relationships with volume mortgage brokers to ensure a steady flow of business and be key in the implementation of intermediary broker strategies.

This role is very much field based, and will be covering the whole South Region.

The successful person will possess:

  • Previous business development, account management or relationship management experience within mortgages.
  • Be based within the South Region and happy to travel to areas within that patch
  • Be a UK licence holder and have own car.
