Our client, a leader in the savings and mortgages industry, have an exciting opportunity for a Completions Consultant to provide a high level of service to 3rd parties & new customers and ensure that daily activities in the Completion team are processed and administered correctly, in line with agreed SLAs and in accordance to the Bank’s Policies and Procedures.
The Completions Consultant will be responsible for processing mortgage completions by assessing documentation in support of the mortgage application as well as taking broker and solicitor telephone calls and pipeline chasing on post offers.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in mortgage processing with either a lender or packager.
