Our client, a well-known local financial services brand, is looking to add to their high performing customer service team based in Mansfield. This is a branch-based role where you will be responsible for being the face of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Have five GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English
  • At least one years’ customer service experience
  • A desire for continuous learning

Key aspects of the role:

  • To provide a high standard and quality of customer service. 
  • Active and positive promotion of the business and its products and services 
  • High quality administration and processing of customer accounts
  • Treating customers fairly and providing information that is clear, fair and not misleading
  • To identify and follow up on leads and opportunities resulting in the sale of products and services
  • Outbound calling to external business contacts with products and initiatives when required
  • Assisting Intermediaries and other external contacts with telephone enquiries when required
  • To work as part of a team to achieve individual and branch targets for sales and standards of administration
  • To carry out switchboard, reception and postal duties when required
  • Completion of training as required to attain and maintain knowledge and continuing competence in AML systems, controls and procedures.

This is a great opportunity for a customer centric person to join a company who thinks their staff are as important as their customers.  The role is covering maternity leave and is a 12 month fixed term contract. Salary is competitive with core hours being Mon-Fri, 35 hrs per week with some Saturday mornings paid at overtime rate.  Additional benefits include 22 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), Healthcare plan, Pension (5% matched) and an annual bonus scheme.
