Our client, a well-known local financial services brand, is looking to add to their high performing customer service team based in Mansfield. This is a branch-based role where you will be responsible for being the face of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Have five GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English
- At least one years’ customer service experience
- A desire for continuous learning
Key aspects of the role:
- To provide a high standard and quality of customer service.
- Active and positive promotion of the business and its products and services
- High quality administration and processing of customer accounts
- Treating customers fairly and providing information that is clear, fair and not misleading
- To identify and follow up on leads and opportunities resulting in the sale of products and services
- Outbound calling to external business contacts with products and initiatives when required
- Assisting Intermediaries and other external contacts with telephone enquiries when required
- To work as part of a team to achieve individual and branch targets for sales and standards of administration
- To carry out switchboard, reception and postal duties when required
- Completion of training as required to attain and maintain knowledge and continuing competence in AML systems, controls and procedures.

The role is covering maternity leave and is a 12 month fixed term contract. Salary is competitive with core hours being Mon-Fri, 35 hrs per week with some Saturday mornings paid at overtime rate.
