Our client is a small but highly successful niche lender who have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

 

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for effectively administering the Society’s mortgage accounts, whilst providing excellent customer service to their borrowers

 

  • To provide a quality customer service by telephone, post, email, online and face to face by completing all requests to a high standard.
  • To ensure all tasks assigned to the Customer Service Administrator are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with the Society’s procedures.
  • To keep up to date with mortgage regulatory requirements.
  • To provide support and administrative assistance to the mortgage specialists in the following.
  • To support and assist the mortgage specialists in improving and developing systems and processes, where appropriate.
  • Ensuring the customer journey results in good customer outcomes.
  • The security of customer and employee data.
  • Being an ambassador for the good name and reputation of the Society.
  • The embedding of brand values within day to day activities.
  • Embracing change and encourage others to do so.

 

The successful candidate will have a strong, administrative background, ideally within a financial service setting. The role will require you to either have a CeMap qualification or be willing to obtain one within 12 months of being in the post.
