Every employer is not the same and who you work for and what that environment looks like is the difference between any job and a great job.  At Newbury Building Society, they really do believe they are different, and we would like to tell you why before we tell you about the job.

•             They are mutual - owned by the everyday people that save and borrow with them

•             They strive to make the customer experience second to none

•             They are committed to personal development for employees

•             They support local charity and community projects both with time and financially.

•             They are winning lots of awards, most recently “Best Building Society” at the British Bank Awards

If you are a confident communicator with a passion for customers, you could be ready to take on this busy and exciting opportunity to join the Newbury team.
