Customer Service Adviser – Saturdays
Hours: 6 hours per week - 9:00am – 3.00pm Saturdays
Annual salary: £2,831 - £3,146 (starting salary is equivalent to £9.07 per hour)

If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our team on a part time basis.
Reporting to the Office Manager, and working with a small team, your main responsibilities will be to provide an exceptional service to new and existing customers. This is mostly face to face but also over the telephone and in writing.
Your duties will include assisting our customers with financial transactions and promoting Newbury Building Society, and its products, which are savings and mortgage accounts.
To be considered for this role, you must be passionate about providing the best possible service and ideally have some face-to-face customer and/or administration background. You must also be numerate and confident working with computers.
