Hours: This is a full-time role, working Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm

You will normally be expected to work two Saturdays out of four,9.00 am to 12.00 for which you will receive an overtime payment

Salary:£17,595 - £19,550 (plus benefits)

 

Reporting to the Branch Manager, and working as part of a team, the role will involve extensive interaction with customers face to face, by telephone and in writing. You will help customers with advice and support with a range of savings products and identify potential mortgage business, carrying out all related administration.

Your duties will include assisting our customers with financial transactions and promoting Newbury Building Society and its products.

 

To be considered for this role, you must have strong communication skills, a desire to provide a consistently high standard of customer service and have some experience of working with customers face to face and by telephone. You must also be numerate and confident working with computers.
