Our client is a small but highly successful Mutual Building Society, who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Assistant to join their savings team. The role will be based from both their head office and branches within Leicester.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be required to provide an exceptional level of service to both our existing and new customers. You will be able to establish individual requirements and deliver clear accurate information. Planning, organising and supporting the rest of the team along with developing your own potential within the role will be key.
To be considered for the role you will have strong communication and administrative skills, possess GCSE’s in Maths and English and either have or be prepared to study the Certificate in Retail Banking Conduct of Business (CERT).
This role is Monday to Friday, however there will also be Saturday workings on a rotational basis.
