The position we are currently recruiting for is a Customer Service Consultant and it would suit someone with experience in a customer focused financial services role or someone from a collections / fraud background. With a very experienced leader in place, full training on any knowledge gaps will be given, but you must have a current understanding of some of the risks involved in personal lending.
They are looking to recruit a motivated and entrepreneurial individual who will grow with the company and build a successful career with a genuine chance of progression.
The main focus of this role is to support the customers’ day to day needs, being the face and voice of the company as first point of contact. Working in a small team, and reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the successful candidate will be involved in everything customer related.
The successful candidate will have vast Customer Service experience gained within Financial Services. You must have exposure and knowledge of dealing with Complaint Handling.
Collections/Fraud experience would be beneficial.
