Our client, an established, successful and customer focussed financial services provider, are seeking experienced customer services specialists to join their Member Services Team, to provide their members with first class service. Please note this role is for an 18-month FTC.
Responsibilities of the Customer Services Assistant will include: -
- Answer and deal with member contact (telephone calls, emails etc) and business partners quickly and accurately
- Respond to 1:1 and call back requests within agreed SLA
- Support member services in processing new business including ISA transfers
- Help drive service improvements whilst maintaining detailed processes and procedures
- Data input into membership database and scanning of member correspondence
- Processing of both member contact forms
The successful candidate for the Customer Services Assistant will possess:
- Previous customer services experience
- Experience within financial services is highly desirable
Whilst our client is based in Kent, they are flexible to the working week and can offer this contract on a hybrid basis i.e., 3 days in the office and the remainder working remotely.
