Customer Support - Broker Network

Our client is a well thought of and successful financial services organisation, who are looking for an outgoing and personable candidate to work within the Mortgage Sales Team to provide a fast efficient personal service to their broker network.

The main responsibilities are:

  • To provide an exceptional customer service to new and existing relationships through all of the broker channels in order to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Ensuring the customer journey results in good customer outcomes ensuring the security of customer and employee data
  • Deal with telephone calls, emails and on-line mortgage applications
  • Prepare applications for submission to the Mortgage Processing Team
  • Report, ensure resolution, of IT faults concerning mortgage systems
  • Prepare information for line-manager/Executives as necessary
  • Support the mortgage sales team with Intermediary panel maintenance requests on Apprivo2 Portal.
  • Setup Intermediary partners up on the Portal.
  • Escalate new registrations queries to Business Distribution Lead.
  • Monitor the Broker/Intermediary Registrations mailboxes for registration/mortgage enquiries.
  • Confirming case status with Intermediaries as required
  • Update Intermediary tracking worksheets as/when required.
  • Assist the direct mortgage team as required
  • Identify and report Risk Events to allow policies and procedures to be reviewed
  • Adhere to the Data Protection and Security Policy
  • Undertake and pass all tests within the prescribed timescales
  • Such other reasonable duties as may be required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Be CeMAP qualified (or prepared to study)
  • Strong Excel Skills
