Digital Optimisation Analyst

Our client, a specialist mortgage lender, have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Analyst to join their team, focussing on Digital Performance and Optimisation. This role will be supporting the digital vision, by creating and managing a digital test and learn programme, improving user journeys and supporting the development of new capabilities. The role holder will work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimise campaigns, connect and product offerings for digital platforms.


Main duties will include:

  • Analysis of all digital and KPI measures, identifying any problems and creating opportunities to optimise. 
  • Feed into campaigns and our change programme to ensure activity provides the widest possible digital adoption.
  • Use analytics, AB testing and knowledge of digital best practice to drive improved digital performance
  • Develop, lead and own the optimisation process to drive improvements across our Marketing collateral
  • Identify new functionality or enhancements that will improve the overall customer experience
  • Provide data analysis to assist in business change prioritisation
  • Design and implement goals & reporting for new website features as part of a roadmap of ongoing development
  • Produce and present reports & dashboards from a blend of website analytics tools and internal data
  • Identify key metrics and practises that will provide insights to drive improvements (e.g. Attribution modelling) and provide the business rationale to justify their adoption
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop the use of problem-solving methodologies and tools to create a customer centric culture


The successful candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years’ experience within digital marketing
  • Previous experience of driving digital optimisation
  • Experience of google analytics
  • Good working knowledge of main social media and email marketing reporting
  • Ideally experience within financial services


Our client would ideally prefer this role to be predominately office based, however they are open to a hybrid week i.e. some days in the office and some remotely.
