Our client a well-established and highly respected financial services organisation are looking to add to their already successful field team. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for promoting their savings, investment and insurance products as well as representing the company in the field. This involves presenting to groups of varying sizes at venues in and around the Greater London area and generally building strong relationships with the customer base.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the financial services industry, preferably with similar products or have previously worked with a police force. You should possess excellent communication and relationship building skills and superb presentation skills as these are needed, both for addressing large groups and in communicating on a one-to-one basis.

A dynamic, proactive attitude is required to respond to opportunities on the ground as well as to seek and propose new sales avenues. This role will best suit a positive, outgoing individual, equally happy to work alone or collaboratively as part of a team.

The role is largely field-based with one or two days working from home per week being the suggested pattern. The working hours are 35 per week but there is flexibility as to how these are achieved. Applicants must have a full driver’s licence and either possess a car or be willing to purchase one. The carrying of promotional materials to and from venues is a necessary part of the role, though equipment to aid with the lifting of materials is provided.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an applicant who would like to help an established brand develop into new areas of the target market.

Security clearance for Metropolitan Police premises will need to be applied for immediately on appointment, so the successful candidate needs to be comfortable with rigorous background checks.
