Role:  HR BP– Resourcing (12 months FTC - up to 30 hours)

Location: Newbury (hybrid working options available after probation period)

Hours: 30 hours per week – hours negotiable

Salary: £31,054 - £32,780 FTE (£26,618 - £28,097 for a 30 hour week)

 

Are you an experienced recruitment professional seeking a new challenge? 

We're looking for an experienced resourcing specialist to join our HR team for 12 months, to support the Society in attracting and retaining talent.

 

Within this role you will have the opportunity to lead the Society’s recruitment activity.  You will work collaboratively alongside a small friendly, and supportive team and develop strong relationships across our organisation.

 

You will work in partnership with our internal recruiting managers, providing challenge and coaching where appropriate to ensure a fair and consistent approach to attracting, appointing, and retaining talented individuals.

 

You will work with our external recruitment partner, Ultimate Banking to attract diverse talent, whilst ensuring the candidates experience is positive and in line with our culture.

 

  • Coordinating recruitment campaigns from end to end
  • Preparing interviews and assessments
  • Interviewing and assessing candidates 
  • Advising line managers on recruitment
  • Working closely with our external recruitment partner
  • Maximising opportunities to recruit from a diverse range of backgrounds
  • Provide support on resourcing activities when required, including exit interviews and onboarding activities.

 

Interested in applying? You will need:

  • Experience of creating and delivering recruitment campaigns, including writing engaging adverts, conducting interviews and assessments (online and face to face) and associated admin.
  • Ability to develop and manage strong and positive partnerships, both internally and externally, alongside excellent communication skills.
  • Strong focus on delivering excellent candidate experience, both internally and externally.
  • Planning & Organising skills – Able to achieve results in a quality, timely and cost-effective way

 

Desirable Criteria:          

  • General HR experience
  • CIPD Level 3 - equivalent qualification
