HR Manager – Gerrards Cross
Our financial services client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join the organisation.
This is a stand-alone role within the HR Function, being the first and only point of contact when it comes to HR/Employee queries and issues. Due to the nature of the position, our client requires someone who has a more generalist background, not only confident to speak to all senior/board members, but also happy to complete administrative tasks.
Duties will include: -
· Developing the Human Resource Strategy
· Employee relations
· Coaching and mentoring managers
· Recruitment and retention
This is a fantastic opportunity for a generalist HR professional, who is used to taking responsibility for all HR matters and thrives in this environment.
Our client requires any applicants to be CIPD trained/qualified.
This role is a permanent opportunity, 5 days per week, however flexibility is offered.
