Role: IT First Line Analyst
Location: Newbury (Hybrid working available)
Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week) You will also be expected to work 1 in 4 Saturdays, for which you will be paid overtime.
Salary range: £22,000 to £26,200

Essential criteria for the role are
- Able to explain complex information clearly and effectively
- Proven ability to establish positive working relationships.
- Adaptable, can innovate and manage change
- Able to build and maintain trust
- Highly organised, can work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong sense of customer service, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery to stakeholders
- Experience in a customer service or first-line support role within a multi-site environment
- Experience as a first-line IT support analyst
- Knowledge of Windows operating system deployment
- Active Directory user management
- Knowledge of IT and cyber security principles
- Confident in the use of Microsoft desktop applications and Microsoft 365
- GCSE (or equivalent) standard of education
Desirable criteria for the role are
- Experience of working within a regulated environment Financial Services environment
- ITIL Foundation
- Microsoft Certified
