Role: IT First Line Analyst

Location: Newbury  (hybrid working options available after probation period)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturday’s (paid as overtime).

Salary Range: £22,660k - £26,986k (dependant on experience/qualifications)

Essential criteria:

  • Experience as a first-line IT support analyst
  • Highly organised, can work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong sense of customer service, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery to stakeholders
  • Able to explain complex information clearly and effectively
  • Adaptable, can innovate and manage change
  • Proven ability to establish positive working relationships.
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft desktop applications and Microsoft 365
  • GCSE (or equivalent) standard of education

 

Desirable criteria:           

  • Experience with Active Directory user management
  • Knowledge of IT and cyber security principles
  • Knowledge of Windows operating system deployment
  • Experience of working within a regulated Financial Services environment
  • Experience of IT asset management
