Role: IT First Line Analyst
Location: Newbury (hybrid working options available after probation period)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturday’s (paid as overtime).
Salary Range: £22,660k - £26,986k (dependant on experience/qualifications)

Essential criteria:
- Experience as a first-line IT support analyst
- Highly organised, can work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong sense of customer service, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery to stakeholders
- Able to explain complex information clearly and effectively
- Adaptable, can innovate and manage change
- Proven ability to establish positive working relationships.
- Confident in the use of Microsoft desktop applications and Microsoft 365
- GCSE (or equivalent) standard of education
Desirable criteria:
- Experience with Active Directory user management
- Knowledge of IT and cyber security principles
- Knowledge of Windows operating system deployment
- Experience of working within a regulated Financial Services environment
- Experience of IT asset management
