Our client, a successful and well-respected financial services organisation, are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing and promotion of the organisation and achieving the corporate objectives
Responsibilities include;
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan based on the organisations current strategies.
- Develop digital marketing activities which deliver the borrowing and savings product plans.
- Develop new products and manage the recruitment, activation and retention of members.
- Assist in the production and successful mailing of the AGM literature to ensure it goes out correctly and on time.
- Ensuring the customer journey results in good customer outcomes.
- The embedding of brand values within day to day activities.
- Embracing change and encourage others to do so.
Skills and Experience required:
- Marketing Background
- CIM qualifications (desirable but not essential)
- Financial Services background (desirable but not essential)
- I T literate
- Excellent communication, administration and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work alone or within a team
- Ability to liaise effectively with management
