Our client, a successful and well-respected financial services organisation, are currently recruiting for a Marketing Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering marketing plans, planning and managing website and social media contact, managing B2B marketing to brokers, and copywriting.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- To prepare and deliver marketing plans which support the indirect mortgage targets.
- Deliver an ongoing plan of content suitable for intermediaries and successfully communicate it using the channels available or by exploring new opportunities.
- Work with the Marketing Team and alongside the Mortgage Sales Team to manage engagement with our intermediaries.
- Ensure the customer journey results in good customer outcomes.
- Plan, draft and deliver the monthly and weekly intermediary newsletters, using email software.
- Plan, create and regularly update website content on the intermediary pages using our CMS
- Plan and deliver the mortgage intermediary communications
- Manage third party events, including providing supporting material, merchandise and other tools as required
- Plan and manage the product literature and event stock, including working with Compliance to achieve content approval
- Manage the intermediary satisfaction feedback via Feefo
- Manage the B2B social media plan
- Manage the activities to embed the brand essence into the total intermediary experience
- Support with other projects as needed to support team priorities
Skills/Experience required:
- Preferably minimum 3 years’ experience with a marketing qualification or relevant product experience in financial services industry.
- Experience of B2B marketing would be an advantage
- Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
- Experience using Microsoft office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
