Every employer is not the same and who you work for and what that environment looks like is the difference between any job and a great job.

At Newbury Building Society, they really do believe they are different, and we would like to tell you why before we tell you about the job.

•             They are mutual - owned by the everyday people that save and borrow with them

•             They strive every day to make the customer experience better

•             They are committed to personal development

•             They are committed to giving back to the community – they support local charity and community projects both with time and financially.

•             They are 2021 winners of British Bank Awards “Best Building Society”

If you are a confident communicator with a passion for “delighting” customers, you could be ready to take on this busy and exciting opportunity to join the Basingstoke team.
