They are seeking a full time qualified Mortgage Adviser to join their busy Mortgage Team; providing an exceptional level of customer service to both existing and new customers.
Duties will include: -
- Discuss initial mortgage requirements via telephone, email and in branch.
- Provide suitable Mortgage Advice to new and existing mortgage Customers both face to face and on the telephone.
- Process all new direct mortgage cases including further advances through to completion.
- Liaise with existing customers in respect of their mortgage requirements.
- Respond to all incoming mortgage queries and correspondence in writing, via email or telephone in a professional manner.
- Provide concise and accurate information when dealing with customer mortgage enquiries.
The successful candidate will be/have:
- CeMap qualified
- A strong background within a mortgage advisory role
Please note this role is Monday – Friday (35 hours per week), with Saturday mornings on a rotational basis.
