Our client is a fast growing, specialist retail lending and savings group serving the UK and is authorised by the PRA and regulated by the FCA. They have built a strong reputation as a specialist lender offering a broad range of products to UK SME’s and consumers including Residential, Buy-To-Let/SME Mortgages and Personal Loans.


The key purpose of this role is to provide a high level of customer service to all internal and external customers whilst maintaining quality with assessment of key underwriting and completions documents.  An individual and team responsibility to achieve Service Level Agreements in accordance with annual targets and the Bank’s policies and procedures.

They will be responsible for key stakeholder management of inbound and outbound calls with  brokers and solicitors as well as driving pipeline chasing from full application to completion.

Our client is seeking an individual with the following:

  • Previous mortgage experience or understanding
  • Customer service experience

If successful, this role would be required to be fully office based for the 3 month training period; once completed, they would offer a hybrid approach with 3 days in the office and 2 working remotely.
