Our client is an award winning and highly customer focussed financial services provider. They have an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Services Administration Support to join their Mortgage Underwriting team.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the post-application assessment process as well as assist in the provision of administration support in relation to the company’s customers who are experiencing payment difficulty
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct application processing and pre-underwriting checks packaging the case ready for full underwriting
- Chasing/requesting outstanding documents
- Acknowledgment of receipt of case and collection of fees
- Updating of the company internal CRM system and broker portal.
- Loading cases onto Activate
- Processing Broker Due Diligence
- Liaising with Brokers and Business Development Managers
- Instructing mortgage valuations
- Packaging Mortgage Offers
- Inbound call handling of application updates for direct customer and broker calls
- Assist in providing support for customers in payment difficulty consisting of inbound/outbound call handling and working with third party organisations/charities to achieve the best outcome for the customer and the business.
