Our client is an award winning and highly customer focussed financial services provider. They have an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Services Administration Support to join their Mortgage Underwriting team.

The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the post-application assessment process as well as assist in the provision of administration support in relation to the company’s customers who are experiencing payment difficulty

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct application processing and pre-underwriting checks packaging the case ready for full underwriting
  • Chasing/requesting outstanding documents
  • Acknowledgment of receipt of case and collection of fees
  • Updating of the company internal CRM system and broker portal.
  • Loading cases onto Activate
  • Processing Broker Due Diligence
  • Liaising with Brokers and Business Development Managers
  • Instructing mortgage valuations
  • Packaging Mortgage Offers
  • Inbound call handling of application updates for direct customer and broker calls
  • Assist in providing support for customers in payment difficulty consisting of inbound/outbound call handling and working with third party organisations/charities to achieve the best outcome for the customer and the business.

  • Capability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Excellent data entry skills with the ability to decipher information
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Willing to embrace change and to learn new skills
  • Enjoy working in a team environment to deliver the Society mortgage business plan
  • Excellent customer service levels with a flexible and positive “can do” attitude and personality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word, Excel)
  • Demonstrates a flexible approach to working
