Hours: Monday -Friday 9am-5pm
Salary range: £20,409 - £21,484

This is a varied role, where they will provide full support and a comprehensive training programme, enabling you to fully understand the business, people and values.
The team will help you to learn how to effectively plan your changing priorities and organise your working day, using technology and online tools.
Your passion to provide a consistently high customer experience is essential, alongside the willingness to learn and support the team with a pro-active and organised approach
You will be the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries from new and existing external customers, internal colleagues and third parties, so you should be a confident communicator.
Compliance with procedures is important, but teams are encouraged to seek ways to improve processes and solve problems. Accuracy is important to minimise errors and queries.
Essential criteria:
• Experience of working with customers, face to face or by telephone
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• GCSE level 4 or equivalent maths and English
Desirable criteria:
• Experience in a similar role
• Awareness/understanding of mortgage administration processes
