Our client, a Public Body based in Nottingham, have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Analyst to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract, covering maternity leave for 12 months.
As their Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and producing management information, ensuring that data is produced in a timely manner and that the interpretation is statistically accurate.
Main duties include:
- Design, produce and interpret national performance data required to meet the GLAA, GLAA Board, Home Office and partner agency needs.
- To analyse performance data and trends, producing written and verbal reports to demonstrate analytical findings in a clear and precise manner.
- To maintain an extensive and up to date knowledge of relevant performance measurement systems and data standards for the Authority and Home Office.
- To assist in the planning, development and coordination of project work in relation to performance data, through the definition of specific tasks, dependencies, data requirements and time scales, helping to identify risks.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an analytical role and have understanding on how to approach data in a statistical way. Experience in the public sector/government would be desirable.
Ideally you will have a statistical based qualification/degree – or in the process of obtaining one.
