Our client, an award-winning specialist mortgage broker are looking for an experienced Protection Specialist to provide advice on a range of protection products for their mortgage customers. You will ideally be based from your home or at one of their offices if you so wish, it is a telephone based position so very flexible.
Working for one of the biggest influencers in the growing self and custom build sector, they provide advice and recommendation in protecting their customers both during the build and when their property is fully complete. They also have full ‘whole of market’ access to mortgage and protection products.
This varied role will see you deal with customers over the telephone and leads will be provided to you from their mortgage advisor and servicing team. The ideal candidate will have several years' service working in a mortgage/financial environment role. They are authorised and regulated by the Mortgage Advice Bureau and as such full training and support will be provided to you in this exciting role.
You will earn uncapped commission, 1/3 share of qualifying commission generated (up to £120k) and 40% thereafter.
You as a person:
- Ideally already a protection broker and are used to dealing with a variety of protection products across several providers.
- Previous experience in dealing with customers over the phone.
- A proven record of call to sale ratio.
- Will be self-motivated and a highly disciplined individual.
- Will have a number of years' service working in a mortgage/financial environment role
