This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to be ‘hands on’ and own this area of Risk & Compliance but still working at a senior level and a key stakeholder in what is a relatively small business.  You could be someone stepping up to this role from a more junior position or indeed someone more experienced who wants to work in a smaller environment with a great amount of autonomy.  Above all else the individual needs to be pro-active and used to finding solutions themselves and driving change.
