Our client, a financial services provider in mortgages and savings, have an opportunity for a Senior Arrears Administrator to join their Mortgage Team, to service mortgage cases in Arrears and Forbearance, ensuring proactive management and delivery of the highest level of customer services.

 

Our client is based in Hertfordshire and would like this role holder to be office based 4 days a week.

 

Key duties of the Senior Arrears Administrator will be: -

  • Arrears & Forbearance administration through to Possession including compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. MCOBS, Treating Customers Fairly and Fair Treatment of Vulnerable Customers).
  • Provide fast and efficient mortgage processing service at all times in accordance with the  Lending, Arrears, Forbearance and Shortfall Policies and Procedures.
  • Where necessary, post completion administration support to include Redemptions, Payments, Deeds, Further Advances, Funds release preparation and Statement production ensuring all stages are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer service – liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and solicitors by phone, email or in writing.
  • Input into MI, Reporting, Board and Committee requirements.
  • Review and update policy and procedure documents as applicable
  • Any other related duties as directed by the Management team.
  • Training and development to be maintained and updated accordingly.

 

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in mortgage arrears/forbearance
