Our client, a market leader in mortgages and savings, are looking for an experienced, Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager with the on-going design, implementation and maintenance of the frameworks.

You will be ensuring that risk management tools and controls are fit for purpose and monitored effectively.

 

Main duties will include: -

 

  • Review and maintain the overall current quality assurance framework ensuring that appropriate controls are in place and remain relevant reflecting any changes in processes or new processes.
  • Maintain and implement quality control measures and controls to understand where all business risks are identifying how to mitigate the risks or action plans to remove.
  • Conduct trend analysis using Operational data (quality results, incidents raised, complaints, training requests and audit outputs) to identify and agree scope for specific quality assurance review.
  • Streamline and review current quality MI reporting and documentation suggesting ways to introduce reporting and quality results control efficiencies.
  • Conduct staff training where required to promote quality assurance and control and where required process training where weaknesses have been identified.
  • Ensure that corrective actions, audit and internal issues are appropriate, and that closure is supported by validation and evidence.
  • Work with process owners to formalise Business quality results and reporting ensuring that all controls are documented for testing within the quality assurance framework. Appropriately challenge process controls put in place by process owners to ensure they are achievable and relevant.
  • Conduct third party audit reviews when required.
  • Assist the training function with identification of training needs and where required support with the documenting of the training material and delivery.

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Knowledge and experience of quality assurance frameworks and methodologies.
  • Banking/Financial services experience.
  • Strong experience in process design and quality assurance/control design.
