Our client, a fast-growing market leader in retail lending and savings, have an opportunity for an experienced mortgage underwriter to join their team. This is an exciting time to be joining the company as they experience growth.
The core responsibility of their Senior Mortgage Underwriter is the examination of all information necessary to complete a 1st & 2nd charge mortgage loans, the initiation of any contact that may be required of the client/broker/institution that may be necessary and the prevention of any potential fraud.
To be considered for the role, you must have extensive manual underwriting experience with mortgages, have worked closely with brokers/intermediaries and have a good understanding of credit reporting systems.
