Not the usual head-hunter attitude, of making promises to keep in touch and failing, not giving you all the information up front. Absolute transparency throughout. When they said they would contact me, to my pleasant surprise they did. Kept me informed throughout the process, adding hints and tips where they thought it might help, even making sure there would be no unexpected issues with my presentation to the potential (at that time) employer. 

I know I am a good fit for the role of Lender Relationships and Product Manager, but impressively they knew before I did.

I would strongly recommend the team with particular reference, in my case, to Emma Bennett and Tim Betts but with their professionalism and manner I imagine the whole team are equally impressive.
