Campaigns & Content Creation Specialist – 12-Month Maternity Cover Contract

We’re on the hunt for a Campaigns & Content Creation Specialist who can take the reins of content creation — from striking email campaigns to eye-catching posters — and bring fresh energy to every asset. This is a 12-month maternity cover opportunity with a financial institution based near Bishop’s Stortford, Essex, offering hybrid/remote flexibility.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create, shape, and deliver branded content that connects — across email, print, digital, and social.
- Lead the end-to-end content process: copy, visuals, layout, tone, and messaging.
- Own campaign execution — from brief to rollout — ensuring every piece is on-brand, on-message, and visually compelling.
- Collaborate with in-house teams and external partners to develop high-impact campaigns.
- Refresh and evolve visual assets and campaign materials to keep the brand bold and current.
- Use performance metrics to refine and optimise creative outputs.
- Keep ahead of content and marketing trends — and apply them meaningfully.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has proven experience in content creation, design, or copywriting — ideally within the financial or professional services space.
- Is highly visual, with a strong eye for design and an understanding of creative tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Brings strong writing skills — able to craft compelling copy across formats.
- Is used to working to briefs, tight timelines, and multiple deliverables.
- Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Can demonstrate a portfolio of past work that showcases your creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
- Is energetic, ambitious, and genuinely passionate about their craft.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have worked freelance or agency-side, juggling multiple clients or projects.
- Love getting under the skin of a brand to bring its personality to life through content.
