Hybrid FT or PT (min 4 full days) 3 days in the office each week (must include a Tuesday)


Our client, a respected and long-established company within the financial services sector, is seeking a Marketing and Product Manager to play a key role in delivering strategic growth through targeted marketing campaigns and compelling product offerings across savings and mortgage portfolios. With a strong community focus, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future direction of a well-regarded financial services provider.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns including advertising, digital, social media, events, sponsorships, and PR.
  • Oversee product development and lifecycle management for savings and mortgage products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute effective multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Manage website performance, SEO, PPC campaigns, and optimise user experience in partnership with a digital agency.
  • Maintain and grow brand visibility and reputation, ensuring all communications reflect the company’s values.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data insights to inform decisions and optimise return on investment.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with FCA regulations and financial promotion standards.
  • Manage budgets efficiently and report on marketing activity to senior stakeholders.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in product and marketing management, within the UK financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and FCA-compliant marketing.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.
  • CIM certifications, digital marketing credentials, or relevant industry qualifications are advantageous.
