Mortgage Case Manager
Cambridgeshire - 2 days in the office and 3 days at home
Up to £32K plus bonus & benefits, depending on experience
Are you an experienced, mortgage professional who thrives on giving excellent customer service, from application to completion? Our client is a customer centric, mortgage and savings provider, seeking a Mortgage Case Manager to join their applications and completions team. In this role, you will ensure all mortgage applications are fully managed from submission, through to completion, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Duties of the Mortgage Case Manager will include:
- Case manage mortgage applications received from Intermediary Partners and Direct Mortgage Advisers, from submission through to completion.
- Act as the main point of contact to deal with queries from all stakeholders relating to your cases, verbally and in writing.
- Review and confirm supporting documents in accordance with relevant internal policies and regulations.
- Proactively manage post-offer conditions and queries, to maintain pipeline case momentum.
- Take ownership of complex case queries and make decisions in line with mandated lever of authority, escalating when necessary.
- Manage pipeline case progression with a pro-active approach to anticipated completion timescales and any expected delays, managing external contact and providing regular updates when required.
The successful individual will possess:
- Previous experience and knowledge of mortgages
- CEMAP qualification desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain internal and external relationships
- Strong customer service skills
