Hello, I’m Janine, and I’m thrilled to be the newest member of the team at Ultimate Banking.

With over 25 years of experience in recruitment, I still get a real buzz from helping someone secure their dream job. As a people person, I really enjoy building meaningful connections with both candidates and clients. I’m passionate about the market we work in and the incredible individuals we support.

About Me: Outside of work, I’m happily married to Jonathan, and together we have two teenage sons and a lovely rescue cat named Howard. Our family lives in Henley on Thames, having made the move from London to the countryside 14 years ago. When I’m not busy with work, I can often be found ferrying our boys to climbing centres and football pitches in the local area.

When I’m not playing "mum’s taxi," I’m usually lost in a good book—anything well-written, from Dickens to Conan Doyle, tends to capture my interest. I’m also passionate about wildlife, especially African wildlife, and I have a deep love for horses."
