I am Claire, I have reached the age when I no longer tell people my age! I have been working in recruitment for decades rather than years and I am proud to say that I am a founding Director of Ultimate Banking. I am passionate about the market we work in and the clients and candidates we work with. I am committed to fostering greater inclusion and equity in the workplace and creating a diverse and equitable environment. I am a firm believer that all members of an organisation should be seen and respected regardless of their gender, race, religion, or background.

About Me: I am happily married to Tim – Phillips not Betts - and we live with our pride and joy – a Japanese Akita named Koji. Back in 2020 we made the momentus decision to sell up and move to Portugal and after many trails and tribulations (builders are the same the world over!!) we now live in a beautiful, renovated house in the countryside - the garden is the next project. Needless to say much of our time is spent walking - dogs don't take holidays but we remain avid cooks and always relish a new cooking challenge.
