Hi everyone! I’m Emma and have been a part of Ultimate Banking for over 5 years, and I’ve been in recruitment for over a decade (showing my age!). I work part time for Ultimate Banking, balancing being a Senior Recruitment Consultant and being a mum to my neurodivergent son Oscar who keeps me on my toes and my mind sharp! I like to treat every individual I speak to, the way I would like to be treated during the recruitment process. From keeping people up to date every step of the way, to offering support and advice when needed. Ultimate Banking’s ethos and candidate approach is one of the reasons why I love working in the company, the other is having such fantastic Director’s and team mates who make every working day enjoyable.

About Me: I live in Buckinghamshire and have done my whole life, wanting to be close to my friends and family. I live with my husband, my son and our cat, Castiel who is on par with being as much as a mischief maker as Oscar. I’m an avid film fan, preferred genre being horror (more the supernatural, spooky films) however my favourite film is Jurassic Park because who doesn’t love dinosaurs?! In my spare time, I like to go exploring new places with Oscar and winding down with a good film and food.
