Our client is an expanding and well-respected financial services organisation who are looking to strengthen their Strategy and Change team by recruiting Business Analyst. This is a newly formed team supporting the Head of Operations, working with business leads to facilitate the identification and definition of solutions to ensure complex business needs are met.
The successful candidate will possess good analytical skills to support the delivery of business change. You will have business process modelling experience, being efficient in the relevant tools and techniques i.e. MS Visio.
A Financial Services background is essential, together with a proven track record of developing process diagrams and presenting end to end solutions to key stakeholders at all level.
In addition, it is desirable that the candidate holds or be working towards an industry recognised qualification (e.g. BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis)
