Mortgage Business Development you can feel good about

Working in a sales role where mortgages are concerned can be frustrating. You get a Broker to commit to you and then you find that the mortgage doesn’t conform, and you can’t get it through underwriting. The criteria you work to are so rigid there is no room to be creative and the result is an unhappy broker who probably won’t come to you again.

Wouldn’t it be great to work for a Lender who wants to put the customer at the front of everything they do – with a genuine desire to find a way to complete that mortgage that works for all concerned. A lender who is prepared to look at each individual case on its’ own merits?

If the above sounds all too familiar and that Lender your ideal, this role could be exactly what you are looking for. You will still be out and about visiting brokers but with the certainty that if it is possible – it will be done – although no lender can do the impossible!

Core Competencies;

 

  • Results focussed, proactive and resilient to pursue and convert business opportunities
  • Able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the intermediary/broker market as a BDM or Broker and exceeding sales objectives and targets
  • Have a sound and live network of productive Intermediary contacts (preferred)
  • Ability to work on own initiative with good commercial awareness.  
  • Preferably CeMAP qualified
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
