Our well respected and highly successful client is looking to recruit a full time Team Leader to work as part of their fantastic arrears and collections team.
The successful candidate will have collections experience in a financial services environment and will be expected to carry out the following duties
- Support the Hub Lead with the day-to-day management of the team & their workload
- Quality assurance checks and providing the relevant feedback/coaching to team members
- Production of monthly and quarterly reports for distribution to various committee/board meetings
- Work with members of the risk team to review and analyse the arrears population
- Assess customer referrals to ensure fully documented ahead of discussion with hub lead
- Ensure Society procedures are followed, and team operate compliantly
- Cascade key industry developments / changes to team
- Work with 3rd parties specifically during litigation cases.
