Completions and Arrears Administrator

Our client, a long established local financial services brand, is looking to add to their high performing mortgage team. This is an office based role where you will be responsible for Mortgage Administration duties, from mortgage offer through to mortgage completion and arrears.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience in mortgage administration matters and ideally CeMAP qualified
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literate, ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Approachable & confident when dealing with individuals at all levels.  Able to be sympathetic to borrowers needs yet firm when required to be.


Key aspects of the role:


Post completion administration

  • Direct Debits – set up, cancel and amends
  • Change of addresses
  • Capital Repayments/Overpayments
  • Mortgage redemptions
  • Registering of Deaths/Probate
  • Daily integrity report checking


Mortgage completions

  • Answering Solicitor/Broker queries
  • Checking of Certificate of Titles
  • Preparing file for completion
  • Issuing of funds for completion
  • Competing mortgage in CSR


Title Deeds 

  • Booking in of Title Deeds
  • Discharge
