The purpose of the role is to lead and deliver robust risk based compliance monitoring activity across the bank and its group entities, in accordance with the bank’s annual compliance monitoring plan.
The Compliance Monitoring Manager will support the Deputy Head of Compliance in helping to develop, deliver and manage a professional and effective compliance monitoring function, including managing, coaching and supporting members of the team.
Our client is looking for candidates with a minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar compliance leadership role, ideally for a mortgage lender or savings provider. An in depth knowledge of the FCA handbooks, anti-money laundering and financial crime regulations is essential as is experience in the practical monitoring of adherence to the regulations.
