Role: Customer Service Adviser – 8 Month FTC until March 2023

Location: Winchester

Hours: 35 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Plus 2 in 4 Saturdays 9am-12 midday (Saturday hours paid x 1.5)

Salary: £20,041

What is involved?  Based in Winchester City Centre, working face to face with customers.

 

Essential criteria:           

  • Some experience of working with internal and/or external, customers to ensure the highest quality service experience
  • Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Desirable criteria:

  • Experience of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook
