Role: Customer Service Adviser – 10 month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Thatcham

Hours: 35 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, Plus 2 in 4 Sat’s 9am-12pm (Paid as overtime)

Start Salary:  £20,041k (pro rata)

The role is varied, with the customer always the first concern, so you will learn how to plan, prioritise and organise your working day, using technology and online tools. 

As you will be dealing with customer finances, accuracy and a logical approach to minimise errors is key.  A flexible approach and the ability to remain calm when plans change is important too.

Essential criteria:

  • Some experience of working with internal and/or external, customers to ensure the highest quality service experience
  • Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable criteria:

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365
