Role: HR Assistant – FTC until 31 October 2022

Location: Newbury (hybrid working available)

Hours: Full time (35 hours) or Part Time (4 days /28 hours)

Salary: £23,500 (£18,800 for a 28 hour week)

 

Are you a highly accurate individual with excellent attention to detail seeking a new challenge? 

We're looking for an Assistant to join our HR team on a fixed term basis, to support the implementation of our new HR system.

Within this role you will work closely with members of our small, friendly and supportive HR team, to upload data to our new system, ensuring employee records are managed with confidentiality and accuracy.

You will have the opportunity to support the team by performing basic HR administration tasks including resourcing, starters, leavers and movers. You’ll also work with the HR Business Partners to help streamline our processes.

This is an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience of HR systems, data and processes as well as contribute to the implementation of a brand new HR system.

 

Essential criteria:

  • System based administration/data entry experience
  • Excellent communication and team working skills and experience 
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • GCSE Maths and English, minimum level 4 or equivalent

 

Desirable criteria:

  • General HR administration experience
  • Experience of using an HR system
