The HR Business Partner Role

 

Reporting directly to the Head of People, this is an excellent opportunity to drive forward the people plan as a strategic partner. To provide a specialist consultative service to your colleagues through modern and forward thinking initiatives to ensure they remain fit for the future.

 

As HR Business Partner you will join a talented People team who are focused on driving excellence through people and culture change supported by their Amazing Employer Brand.

 

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

 

  • Lead on our Rewards & Benefits proposition, including pay and bonus schemes
  • Drive strategic colleague engagement initiatives
  • Create solutions from People led MI 
  • Oversee (not directly process) effective payroll and pensions management, including HMRC best practice
  • Produce data and recommendations for key people trends such as Gender Pay Gap, Hybrid working and Future of Work 

 

About You

 

  • Passionate about people and building connections you can be proud of
  • Strong background in HR, ideally CIPD qualified
  • Analytical and data led with intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Inspirational leadership qualities
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Respectful and kind; the way we treat each other sets the tone for how we treat our customers
